I am 49 and my son is 4. We have read this book every night at bed time since we got it three weeks ago. We cannot stop laughing. Even though you know whats coming, you still cannot help yourself. My wife just rolls her eyes.

Walter the farting dog is a classic in my home. We own all of them. This is another funny book to read to the kids.
The book was shipped very fast and came in perfect condition. My daughter loves it, it has made the favorites list. A very good and entertaining purchase.
What can I say about Walter? I first read it when I was at a friend’s house and his cute daughter came up and showed the 1st book to me. Then I fell in love with “Walter, the farting dog”. When my nephew, Tom Sean had his birthday, I didn’t even think twice and bought Walter goes on a cruise for him. I was expecting he would be delighted! But… after he looked at the cover and read the title, he said: “Oh, that’s groce. I’d rather read some Dostoevsky, or Joyce.” He threw the book at his sister, and thank-god, she enjoyed it really much!
We bought this book for our grandchildren. My wife and I read this book and really enjoyed, our kids loved it also, we thought it was funny. We would recommend it.
This is the best Walter book yet! I had a hard time reading it aloud the first time because I was laughing so hard that I was crying! My sons, 10 and 6, were rolling on the floor giggling. That’s my kind of storytime…..
I have 3 grandsons and Walter is their favorite. Great little book. Great gift with the stuffed dog too.
This is a fantastic book for grandchildren. My grandson loves me to read this book to him during each visit. He is simply gleeful as he tries to outdo Walter in the farting sounds. He thinks he is so naughty. I enjoyed reading the negative reviews of this book. My thoughts were, why did you purchase this book or allow the kids to read the book with the word “FARTING” in the title?! I’m sure they’d enjoy listening to NPR instead. Lighten up America.
I have no compliants at all about this book. My daughter absolutely loves this book and never tires of hearing it again … and again …
I bought this story for my son who at first guffawed at reading the title but after reading the story really enjoyed the silliness of it.
These books are great! My four year old loves for me to read this book and all the other Walter The Farting Dog Books. It’s makes him laugh constantly. My teenager actually laughed hysterically the first time he read it to his brother. Great kid book! It never gets old.
I cannot say enought good things about the Walter books. They are a have to have in asny childs library.

I accidentally stumbled across the 1st Walter book and have collected every one since. I just love these goofy books. Very colorful artwork with an ever present spider.
